1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the lodbet website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and lodbet (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of lodbet's services signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of lodbet following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account and use lodbet's services. This age restriction is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

lodbet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued identification card, passport, driver's license, or other official documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Jurisdiction

Our services are intended for users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legal. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of lodbet complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent that online gaming is lawful in your place of residence and that your use does not violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

lodbet does not accept customers from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. If you access our services from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and we disclaim all liability for such access.

2.3 Account Registration

To use lodbet's gaming services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

You may register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. lodbet employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on name, address, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and other identifying information. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and at all times thereafter remains accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur. lodbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

3.2 Verification Requirements

lodbet is required by law and industry regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. We may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID card)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank card photos, screenshots of e-wallet accounts)
• Additional documentation as deemed necessary for compliance or fraud prevention purposes

Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension. Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify lodbet of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public computers. lodbet is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to properly secure your login credentials or device.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your lodbet account using any of the payment methods available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other electronic payment systems. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00) unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods.

All deposits must be made from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. lodbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that violates this policy and to suspend accounts involved in third-party funding.

Deposit limits may be applied to your account based on verification status, account history, and responsible gaming settings. You may set personal deposit limits at any time through your account settings.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your lodbet account at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard processing times, typically within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours, though actual receipt of funds may depend on the payment provider.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The withdrawal method must typically match the deposit method for anti-money laundering compliance, though exceptions may be made at lodbet's discretion.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification as described in Section 3.2. lodbet reserves the right to request additional verification at any time before processing withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). There are no withdrawal fees imposed by lodbet, though your payment provider may charge transaction fees. Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply based on account status and payment method selected.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

lodbet is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and maintain strict internal policies. Suspicious transactions or activities will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

You may not use your lodbet account for any purpose other than legitimate gaming activities. Using the Platform to transfer, exchange, or launder funds is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the lodbet Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealer equipment to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and binding. lodbet reserves the right to void any game round in the event of a malfunction, technical error, or rule violation.

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain

• Using VPNs or proxy servers to circumvent geographic restrictions

Any player found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and deposits forfeited. lodbet may pursue legal action and report fraudulent activities to relevant authorities.

5.2 Responsible Gaming

We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and we encourage all users to utilize them.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please contact our customer support team or seek help from professional organizations. We will assist you in implementing appropriate account restrictions or closures.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to fair play requirements, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or lodbet staff members
• Post or transmit offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in chat features
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or servers
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users

6. Bonuses and Promotions

lodbet offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or deposit plus bonus funds must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type and are specified in each promotion's terms.

lodbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from specific promotions or from all promotional offers at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless specifically permitted. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited if bonus terms are violated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the lodbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement thereof (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of lodbet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from lodbet.

The lodbet name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of lodbet or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your lodbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Account closures are typically processed within seven (7) business days.

8.2 Termination by lodbet

lodbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Breaching responsible gaming policies
• Requests from regulatory authorities or legal requirements
• Extended account inactivity

Upon termination for cause, lodbet may withhold any or all funds in your account, including deposits and winnings. You will be notified of account termination via email. If your account is terminated for reasons not involving breach of these Terms, your remaining balance will be refunded according to our standard procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lodbet, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, the "lodbet Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical malfunctions, interruptions, errors, or omissions
• Loss or damage incurred as a result of gaming activities

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as availabl e" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of the lodbet Parties exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines.

10.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of lodbet's services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. Many disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution procedures as outlined below.

10.3 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center or similar arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against lodbet.

10.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, lodbet may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or proprietary information.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and lodbet concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. lodbet's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without lodbet's prior written consent. lodbet may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder at any time without notice or consent.

11.5 Force Majeure

lodbet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, or labor disputes.

11.6 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
